MOM'S BACK! Can you tell I'm excited?! Now that she's back, I really think my family should talk. You know? About our powers. I don't know why, but I feel like we should be fighting CRIME! It's strange though. I mean they both have a physical power. What did I get? A mental power. I mean, I know my mind is my strongest muscle, but dang. Why couldn't I have super strength like my mom? Or phase through things like my dad? Man, this is bull. But whatever. I'm the one who can make the money without doing anything, but touching an ATM. Yeah, a'ight. Maybe I do have an awesome power. Rock out.
So, lately, my mom's been getting these packages. I really don't care what's in 'em. Well, now that I think about it, with my mom's former job, there could be a number of things. EWW! I so didn't need to think about that. I'm heading off so I can clean my head and mouth. LATER!

What The Hell?
Alright. Who the hell do people think they are? You have no right to talk about anyone. Alright, to explain why I'm pissed I have to start from the beginning. So, I'm at school, right? In computer class when some kid shares a photoshopped pic of my mom going to jail. Oh, by the way, if you're gonna do that, be ORIGINAL. I mean come on. Anyone could do that. A damn monkey could do that. Anyway, the teacher said he'd punish whoever did it. Like I have that much time to waste. So I did it myself. I asked the computer. That led me to my dumbass of a tormentor, Frank. He didn't know what he had coming. I threatened to tell the principal and he punched me. Dead in the face. Yeah, OK, I'll admit it hurt, but you know what I did.
I kicked him right in the nuts. It was stupid at the time. I got away with it. But I had to run. But hey, it was worth it. No one messes with my mom! Get it through your thick skulls. If I don't get you, I guarantee Jessica will be after your ass. And you'd better pray to God she doesn't catch you.
So, anyway, I ran into a... I guess I'd call it a technological graveyard. There was this weird looking devil thingy. It lit up. There was also a sign. Thank God, I'm a technopath. I lit up the red devil and made the sign say "BEWARE FRANK!" He was scared out of his mind. I think he crapped on himself. He and his little minion went running.
Of course when I got home, Dad noticed the cut over my eye. I told about the fight. And that I, of course, had won.
This should teach all of you reading out there. NEVER MESS WITH THE SANDERS-HAWKINS FAMILY!!!

What's Happened With Me So Far
What's up? I'm Micah Sanders. I'm a 10 year-old child prodigy. Today, I'm going to discuss what's happened to me so far. I know what you're thinking. How much drama could a 10 year-old have possibly gone through? Well, I'm not your average 10 year-old.
About six months ago, around April 24, 2006, I met my maternal grandfather. He seemed like a nice man at first, giving me my own personal computer and such. However, he became enraged when he found me taking the computer apart to see how it worked. My parents came in immediately.
Since then, I was enrolled in a very expensive, very prestigious school to encourage my gifts, but had to leave. My mom and I had to go on the run. Mom had to leave me with her friend, Tina, to my dismay. All because she couldn't repay a debt borrowed from a loan shark named Mr. Linderman. He erased the debt, after she helped blackmail a congressional candidate. Although I was already aware that my mom earned money as a webcam stripper, I expressed concerns about her aiding Linderman. I feel it's much more dangerous for her to make physical contact with these "customers". I bet she still doesn't know how I found out. Mom, if you're reading, I'm a kid genius. Of course I was going to find out.
While all that was happening, my dad had escaped from jail. I believed he was innocent of the charges leveled against him, but mom wasn't so sure. Eventually, police placed our home on heavy guard, but dad still managed to find a way in. My parents reconciled for a time.
I asked dad how he escaped from jail. He said that he had a secret, and later I told him that mom has a secret as well. Sometime later, I ran into my parents' bedroom to find them fighting fiercely. At first, mom was choking him. Then my dad strangled her with his hand phased into her abdomen. She passed out. As I ran to my mom's aid, dad picked me up and ran out of the room.
As we drove away from my mom, I grew angry at my dad for running away and leaving mom there. Good guys don't run, bad guys do. Dad insisted that he wasn't a bad guy. On the road, we found a woman trapped in a burning car. My dad rescued her with the help of a Japanese guy named Hiro. I'm proud of my dad's heroism, but I'm upset we still didn't go back for mom.
That night, we stopped at a motel. I snuck out to call mom, and found a nearby pay phone that was broken. Luckily, I have a gift, too. My mom's alternate personality, Jessica, answered, and although I realized this quickly, I still told her where we were staying. Then dad arrived and took the phone. I panicked internally, but kept my cool. When dad asked me what I was doing, I told him that I was just messing around. The out of order sign on the phone seemed to satisfy him.
The next day, we stopped at a diner. I got dad to admit he still loved my mom. When my dad got out the car, I ran. He found me a while later. I told my dad that my mom was "sick", and that she seemed oblivious to having an alternate personality. I urged him to go back to my mom and help her. After admitting that I told mom where we were, my dad rushed me into the car. A shot rang out just as he was getting into the car. He was shot in the shoulder. After getting away, we ran into the woods. We stopped and dad took off his jacket, then we began to run to another area in the woods, making sure we walked backwards in our footprints. We found an abandoned warehouse. I watched as dad phased his hand through the door and unlocked it. I helped my dad bandage the wound, but dad passed out. I was worried. I began to call out for mom when I heard her voice. Jessica arrived a few moments later, a gun in the waistband of her pants (I didn't notice it), happy to see me. She went into the warehouse, where dad hit her with a shovel (that had to hurt). The two began to fight. I tried to stop Jessica, but ended up being pushed into a rock wall. I began to cry out in pain (I might've embellished a bit). The fighting ended and mom resurfaced. I was able to tell the difference between her and Jessica and hugged my mom, happy to see her again. As we walked back to the diner where my dad was shot, I sat down. I began to mess with my leg, which had been hurt when I had been pushed into the wall. Dad came to check on me and told me we were heading for a hotel. When we looked back up, mom was across the street, turning herself in for murder.
Two weeks later, while at school, some kid called my mom at "psycho killer." We got into a fight and I ended up with a cut over my eye. At home, dad tried his hardest, but things weren't the same without mom. He told me that I should defend her. We went to visit her. I'm so frightened for her. She wanted to hug me, but they wouldn't let her. She kept trying to convince them. I thought Jessica was going to surface. Dad and I watched in fear. He was going to hit her with his nightstick. She blocked and snapped it in half. Like a twig. My dad says she'll be alright, but I don't believe him.
Tension between me and dad worsened as dad was unable to find work. I left home upset and later on I "got" money from an automated teller machine by using my power. I came home late to find dad worried sick. We agreed to "try harder" at making our new arrangement work. I opened my backpack and poured the money I got onto our coffee table.
